The absence of Penny and Piret will definitely even it up, but I'm pretty confident the Scorchers will still see it through...
Who would have thought that a few years ago, the Scorchers winning a super series with points to spare and athletes missing...

Should be good, I hope we'll get blow by blow points totals during the weekend. (Pity that the Southerners missed out on a home round this time or it could have been even more exciting.)

Not sure how seriously some took the race, but it looked very ticky and awesome.
Anyone who was missing was too soft and must have opted for a hot shower instead
Sorry ladies and anyone else on C2, ran out of time to get results. They're sure to appear on the web site at some point.

Big win for Gene Beveridge today with his first M21 victory to back up his close 2nd to Karl yesterday, but Toby won the 3 day. Also Angela came back to form today with a great win, but Kate won the 3 day.
An excellent 3 day event, and NorthWest will have learn't a lot with regards next year's Nationals.
Big thanks to Phillip Herries from Hawkes Bay for the use of his tracking system which was appreciated by everyone.
