Posting News

1. Go to www.infonews.co.nz
2. Sign in to your infonews user account. This is not your Maptalk account. If you are not registered already, then register and then sign in.
3. After signing in, a link up the top right will appear for Add News. Click this.
4. Define the region of the News.
5. Type the article up, remember to put the topic down as 'orienteering' otherwise it will not appear on Maptalk.
6. Click 'Add News'
7. Sweet, News has been added!
8. If you have a photo you wish to add to the article, this will appear on the next page. Follow directions to add a photo. You may add more than one photo.

Maptalk News is powered by infonews. There are advantages to this, including the fact that a wider population will see orienteering news. Please make sure the news is relatively well written and well structured. Only the author may tag photos to an article.
